XTA connects to Claude and ChatGPT. Ask your AI to look at your week and it reads your actual training log: every workout, every set, the feedback you got. Ask it to set up Thursday's workout and it's waiting in the app when you step up to the bar.

Through this connector your AI can read and write, but it never edits or deletes what you already have.

Before you connect

  • The XTA app, signed in
  • An active XTA Apex subscription
  • XTA app → Settings → AI Consent → On

The address

One address, every assistant. XTA speaks MCP, the open standard AI clients use to connect to outside tools.

Claude and ChatGPT are the two we walk through below, but anything that speaks MCP can connect, including open-source models you run yourself.

Claude

  1. Open claude.ai → Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector and paste the address above.
  3. Sign in with Apple or Google — the same account you use in the XTA app — and allow access.

That's it. Ask Claude to look at your week. Works on every Claude plan; free accounts can add one custom connector, so make it count.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT reaches custom connectors through its Developer mode, currently in beta on the web app for Plus and Pro plans.

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web → Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and switch on Developer mode.
  2. Add a connector with the address above.
  3. Sign in with Apple or Google — the same account you use in the XTA app — and allow access.

Gemini

Not yet. Google currently limits custom connections to a small, US-only program. XTA already speaks the open standard, so when Google opens the door, this address will work there the same day.

Privacy and control

  • Your data moves only when you ask your AI something that needs it. Nothing streams in the background.
  • Disconnect any time by removing the connector in your AI client's settings.
  • Turning off AI consent in the XTA app shuts off the connector's tools.

Trouble?

Most connection issues come down to one thing: sign in on the consent screen with the same account you use in the XTA app. If your AI reports the tools are locked, check that your Apex subscription is active and AI consent is on.
