Subscription & billing
How do I cancel XTA Apex?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → XTA, then Cancel. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If your subscription doesn't come back, email us with the Apple receipt from your purchase confirmation and we'll sort it out.
I was charged but can't access Apex
Tap Restore Purchases in Settings first. If that doesn't resolve it, forward us your Apple receipt and we'll investigate.
Refund requests
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the XTA subscription to request a refund.
Account
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is final after a 7-day grace period — you can cancel the request by signing back in during that window. After 7 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email support@xta.one from the address linked to your account. We'll send a JSON export of your workouts and feedback within 7 days.
I can't sign in
XTA uses Sign in with Apple. If you hid your email when signing up, use the same Apple ID on the same device. If you're locked out, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll help recover access.
App & sync
My Apple Watch isn't syncing
Make sure both devices are on the latest XTA version and signed in. If the issue persists, force-quit the Watch app — it will reconnect on next launch. Still stuck? Email us.
I didn't get AI feedback after my workout
Feedback generation can take up to a minute. If nothing appears after that, pull to refresh the workout view. AI features require an active Apex subscription and an internet connection. Persistent issues → email us with the workout date and time.
My workouts aren't appearing on another device
Sync runs when the app is open. Open XTA on both devices and give it a few seconds. If workouts are still missing, email us — we can investigate server-side.
